I’m combining 15mg of test cyp daily and 50mg of escrotal cream. To avoid the peak, how many hours of separation I need to give between them ?

Keep in mind there is a big difference between the PKs injectable esterified T and transdermal T scrotal application.

Even then when injecting a medium acting ester (TC/TE) daily there is going to be a minimal difference between the peak--->trough vs twice-weekly or once weekly as blood levels will be the most stable throughout the week.

Your best bet would be applying the cream in the early AM especially if you are one who tends to suffer from sleep issues as T has a tonic effect on the CNS and can easily make one feel amped.
