Expired t cream

I have some full t compound cream bottles expired in sept 2025. I want to don’t waste them but there is no too much information about when they lost the efficacy. Has anyone experience in it ? Thanks

I've never used creams or gels. My other medications. I do not worry about the expiration dates. They all last much longer.
