Has enanthate yielded consistent results for you?

I've been injecting T enanthate a little over 2 years. It's always been pretty consistent for me . . . if I took a bigger dose my T would go up; if I took less my T would go down. Three months ago I increased my dose, yet this time, instead of my blood T levels going up, they went down. I'm at a loss to explain it, although I've heard rumors of a weaker batch of Hikma enanthate out there. I've been using Lot #25020101 expiring Jan/28.

If it's not the T, then any other explanations for this oddity? I was properly in the trough and fully hydrated when testing. Thanks!

I had something like this happen with my wife when I was giving it to her where her levels were suddenly much lower on repeated labs of a consistent dose. I wasn't sure if it was just the subq administration doing subq things. Haven't seen any mystery low levels since she switched to prop though (still subq).

I have issues with subq. So much so that I have to avoid the glutes. I do deltoid, ventro glute, and thigh with a 1 inch 25 gauge EOD. Doc's belive it was was the fat in my glutes as I had issue with subq in the stomach. With my protocal I was at 195 free (48 to 240) at only 56 mg/wk. I am down to 46 mg/wk and get labs in a week or so. Finally seem to have solved the absorption issues. I know people show studies saying it doesn't matter with subq or IM but I have found that isn't the truth. I also had issue with Test Cyp from India crystallyzing with 2.5 weeks of my first injection so I went to Padagis and haven't had any issue.

I had very consistent results with both Empower and Pharamcom testosterone enanthate. By this I mean that Vermeulen calculated free testosterone was directly proportional to the dose. This was with EOD dosing and little observed variation in serum testosterone.

There is speculation that with small doses some individuals see much shorter apparent half-lives. This could allow greater sensitivity to things like injection site characteristics, activity level, etc., which would be reflected in unexpected variation in testosterone measurements.

Alternatively, tracking total testosterone can be misleading when SHBG changes. For example, Vermeulen FT is about 14 ng/dL when total testosterone is 700 ng/dL and SHBG is 40 nMol/L. Now suppose you increase your dose by 43%, such that FT jumps to 20 ng/dL, and this crashes SHBG to 15 nMol/L. Now you measure total testosterone as 640 ng/dL, a significant drop, and wonder how that happened. It's because the SHBG storage reservoir for total testosterone has been diminished.
