HCG + Enclomiphene - Helping, but need an added boost

41 Years old

I was on TRT for 8+ years without additional HCG or sperm production support. I tapered off last July and it wasn't near as bad as I thought it was going to be.

The good news - I've been seeing a fertility specialist while following the following protocal:

HCG- 3000iu's , 3X a week
Enclomiphene - 25 mg daily

I'm back to my baseline testosterone levels (321) and LH and FSH are in the normal range again. Testicles rebounded in size and seem to be back to normal.

My motivation and drive are all pretty normal - if I sleep well, eat well and train I generally feel pretty good minus some fatigue days here and there.

The Bad

- I have zero sex drive and morning erections are non existent
- First sperm sample came back with zero's across the board

Is there something else I could add that would not disrupt the fertility rebound protocol that could give me an added boost in sex drive and energy in the gym? I've gained 15-20lbs since coming off TRT and my gut tells me getting some of my old self back could help with both issues.

First, IIRC there was someone else here recently how was on a similar fertility path and I think his sperm eventually came back, so it may be a time issue.

Did you have the libido and gym issue while you were on TRT?

For me, I have used both enclomiphene and clomid, and I had much better libido on clomid for unknown reasons, so for your purposed you might try it instead. Clomid used to be a go-to for fertility, so perhaps zuclomiphene is doing something in that regard.

You could add a small dose of a mildly suppressive anabolic, specifically oxandrolne and no more than 30mg per week, but that seems unwise until you get your fertility back.

I have had good results with PT-141 and MT-2 for libido, but I strongly recommend starting off with low doses such as 100-300mcg. Those should not disrupt fertility.

Growth hormone secretagoges should help in the gym and in some cases (like Tesamorelin) with fat loss, without disrupting fertility. You could also try a short-acting oral or nasal form of T however those would be more anti-fertility.
