Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

Hello!

Thanks for sharing. Honestly, PSV should be around 5 cm/s or less. It is true that normally they must inject Trimix as caverject does not rule out anxiety. I also keep having nocturne erections and I dont undeestand how I can keep 45 min erected at night and 5 seconds awake. I honestly do not know what else we can do. My urologist do not trust doppler...
My psv is very good. Its the EDV that is high and that should be below 5cm/s.

I have the same dilemma as you. That's why I am trying to really optimize my insulin resistance and my cholesterol, as well as doing pelvic floor physio. I don't know what else I can do if these don't work

Hi mate.

Yes, sorry I meant EDV.

In regards the pelvic floor, did your therapist you are Improving? like maybe 3 months IS not enough. I do not know.

Also, you mentioned pills do not work on you. Do you feel something?

Thanks mate .

did your therapist said* or give some information If you are Improving.

Wowwww, thank you so much for this goldmine of information gman86! I am really grateful for your interest in my case and for always providing sound and detailed assistance For that, I am very grateful.

Thank you for the eye opening information, certain things like brown pasta I knew were not ideal (hence why I usually take them once a week) but other things like the milk and 0% fat greek yoghurt, I did not know.

I will look more into the carnivore diet and will try to learn as much as possible on it.

What would you recommend as a healthy breakfast instead of the branflakes? What do you usually have?
Anytime man. I’m always happy to share and help if it can make a positive difference in someone’s life. There’s so much misinformation out there, that it can be very hard to navigate. Especially when professionals are usually all misguided/ misinformed.

So just keep it simple and always remember that the healthiest food on the planet for humans is fatty ruminant animal meat. So if optimal health is the goal, ur goal everyday should always be to get as much fatty ruminant animal meat in ur diet as possible. It literally covers all ur nutritional needs. The healthiest diet a human can consume is simply fatty ruminant animal meat and water

I personally consume beef 3x/ day. Morning is 8oz of grassfed ground beef. I basically make a burger, but use the beef as the buns. So I crisp up some uncured/ nitrate free bacon in a pan, then I take that out, and leave the grease in the pan. Then roll the 8oz of beef into a ball, then flatten it out on a plate. Then put it in the bacon grease to cook on both sides. Then I take that out, put a little primal kitchen’s mustard, as well as their mayo on it, as well as some organic raw honey, then slice it in half. Then I slice up 1oz of grassfed raw cheese onto it, put the bacon on it, put some organic lettuce on it for texture, and put both sides of the beef patty together like a burger with all the things I mentioned now inbetween. It’s messy, but pretty good. But I would recommend consuming some grassfed ground beef in the mornings, or even just non grassfed ground beef would be fine if u can’t afford grassfed. And just get it down whichever way u find best for u

Don’t bother with chicken or fish or any other types of meat, unless I like to switch it up, and/ or can’t afford red meat 3x/ day. But just try to get in as much red meat as u can each day. There’s tons of things in red meat that u either can’t get in any other foods, and/ or can’t get in sufficient amounts in other foods. And there’s a ton of things in red meat that help with depression and anxiety, that u can’t get in other foods, or can’t get in sufficient amounts in other foods

But always prioritize protein in everything u eat. Protein is where all the best nutrition is. And then if u need carbs, try to stick to organic fruit, organic raw honey, organic white rice, and potatoes without the skin. And for healthy fats to cook with, try to stick to grassfed ghee or butter, or grassfed beef tallow, or organic unrefined coconut oil. I personally cook everything in Grassfed ghee. And with fats in general, try to also get ur fats as much as u can from fatty ruminant animal meat. Oh and pastured/ pasture raised eggs are great as well

Hi iago009,

The pelvic floor therapist had diagnosed me with a very tight pelvic floor (9 out of 10).

We started internal release work every 2 weeks and in the meantime I am doing some exercises she gave me, mainly diaphragmatic breathing and reverse kegels.

Around 3 weeks ago, she told me that my pelvic floor is no longer tight, and that she would now rate it as 3 out of 10 when it comes to tightness.

She has also started giving me kegels to do at home to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles.

Using bio-feedback, she has recently measured my resting and contracting strength.

Resting is around 4 microvolts (ideally should be 2 or under but 4 is acceptable).

Contracting is around 21 microvolts (ideally 30 or above)

So it seems that I still have some tightness and my muscles are not entirely strong.

So although I did not see difference in my erectile function, it seems the exercises are doing something. I also noticed that I no longer wake up to pee at night once I started the exercises. Before, I used to wake up to pee once at night.

Thank you so much again Gman86 for your assistance and the detailed information that you are providing me. Honestly, your breakfast sounds really tasty and something that for sure would be up my alley.

Thank you for summarizing everything and making it easy for me to understand. I will also start following Dr Anthony Chaffee's videos to learn more about the specific diet you are suggesting.

I'm sorry if it's already been mentioned in this thread, but Nitric Oxide pills are another thing to consider. I use the ones from N1o1. The injections still rely on your body producing some amount of Nitric Oxide and if that is not optimal, then the NO pills could help.

Below is a quick summary of what was said in the other thread ...

The two years Nebido worked and then post-COVID it breaks is a really specific pattern. How bad was your case? Post-COVID vascular damage is a different picture from the hormonal side and I don't see it come up much. Not saying that's the whole story but the timing is clean enough to not look at.
