Hi everyone,
I’m Martin, the founder of Peak Compounds (peakcompounds.com). Below are answers to questions about our service, medical review, payment and international delivery.
This introduction does not constitute endorsement or verification by ExcelMale or Nelson Vergel of our products, safety, legal compliance or delivery reliability.
What exactly is Peak Compounds?
Peak Compounds provides software and coordination for customer intake, physician review and pharmacy fulfilment.
We are not a compounding pharmacy. We do not store, manufacture, dispense or ship medication. An independent physician reviews the medical information you provide and decides whether to prescribe. Our pharmacy partner prepares and dispatches approved orders.
Do you ship to my country, including the US?
We arrange international shipping, including to the US. However, being able to dispatch a package does not establish permission to import it.
Each country has its own requirements for importing prescription medication. Before ordering, we recommend you check the requirements for your country and the particular medication you want. Physician approval and successful previous deliveries do not guarantee that your shipment will be admitted.
Can you provide a prescription if customs stops my package?
Prescription copies may be available on request if customs requires one.
The mandatory physician review and any resulting prescription serve the pharmacy’s compounding and dispensing process. We do not provide prescription copies automatically. If your shipment is held by customs and they request a prescription, we may be able to provide a copy on request, depending on the destination country and its requirements. Please contact [email protected] to check whether we can assist.
If your destination country requires your own prescription or other import documentation, we recommend you arrange this before ordering and check what documentation the authorities will accept. We cannot guarantee that a prescription will be recognised in your country. Having a prescription does not itself guarantee permission to import.
What happens if customs refuses entry, confiscates or destroys my shipment?
The customer bears the full financial loss. We do not reimburse or refund orders refused entry, confiscated or destroyed by customs.
Please consider this risk before ordering. Customs decisions are outside our control.
If a shipment is confiscated or destroyed, you may contact us to request a discount on a future order. Any discount is discretionary and is not guaranteed.
Who pays import taxes and duties?
The customer is responsible for applicable import taxes, duties and customs charges, and for responding promptly to requests from customs or the courier.
Paying these charges does not override restrictions on importing medication.
What if my package is returned?
If a package is returned and can be resent in accordance with the destination country’s requirements, we will be happy to arrange reshipping.
The customer pays the reshipping charge, which will be the same shipping amount paid for the original order. The exception is when the original shipment was sent to the wrong address: in that case, we cover reshipping, regardless of how the addressing error occurred.
A returned package does not qualify for a refund once the pharmacy has been paid. Reshipping does not guarantee customs clearance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around a couple of weeks. Customs processing can extend this to five or six weeks, sometimes longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
If your package is delayed or you receive a customs notice, please contact us. We will help you understand its status and follow up where we can. Please allow plenty of time when planning repeat orders.
What medications are currently available?
Our current range includes:
Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about the total cost, including physician review and shipping. Any destination-country import charges are additional.
What information do you provide about the pharmacy and product quality?
Our compounding pharmacy partner has been in business for more than 20 years, sources exclusively from GMP facilities and holds GCP and GPP certifications.
We keep the pharmacy’s identity confidential to protect our business relationships. We do not supply product-specific documentation establishing purity or potency, or independent laboratory testing reports.
Customers may arrange independent testing themselves. We recognise that the information we provide will not meet everyone’s requirements for independent verification; please consider that before deciding whether to order.
Is the medical questionnaire compulsory?
Yes. A medical questionnaire is mandatory with every purchase. Please provide complete and accurate information so the physician can properly assess your request.
The physician makes the prescribing decision independently and may decline a request. Payment does not guarantee approval. In the event a prescription is not approved, your payment minus the doctor's fee will be refunded.
The review has a limited scope and does not replace ongoing care from your own healthcare provider. Please consult your own physician about your overall health and treatment.
How can I pay?
We offer credit or debit card through an emailed payment link. Payment links are sent manually, so please allow time for the email to arrive.
Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?
The physician review fee is nonrefundable, including when a prescription is declined. It pays for the physician’s work regardless of the decision.
The remainder of your order payment can be refunded only before the pharmacy has been paid. Once the pharmacy has been paid, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds.
If you want to cancel, please contact us immediately. The customs and reshipping policies above apply after this refund cutoff.
How do you handle customer support and complaints?
We work hard to give every customer a good experience, follow through on orders and help resolve problems within our control. We cannot guarantee delivery where customs refuses entry or confiscates a shipment. It’s out of our control.
Questions and constructive critical feedback are welcome. We expect communication to always remain respectful.
