Hi all! Just wanted to know does anyone have any established protocol to recover from persistent low e2 symptoms even after estrogen levels being back to normal after crashing them from ai?? In my case I crashed my e2 from armidex/anastrazole.

Have read over here that injectable e2 valerate is one solution to recover but for some that also doesn't work. Some recover from taking finasterside?! Just want to discuss the possible solutions and protocols to come out of this mess. Would appreciate to know all of your stories/anecdotes/ solutions to counter this problem. Let's discuss please?

So I had a blood today and my e2 is still tanked and not to baseline even after 4 months of last touching AI (armidex). I have started with the e2 valerate (had my first injection few hours ago), any idea/thoughts why estrogen is still suppressed even after 4 months of e2 crash? Also my tsh is on the lower side 0.6uIU/ml, right after the crash it was 0.39 or something but baseline was 1.56, it has increased but still lower than the baseline. My Ft4 is exceeding the higher side
1.84 ng/dl. Shbg is normal 22.4 nmol/L. I don't know what's going on why my e2 is still tanked. Usually the trend I have seen is desensitize receptors is that e2 climbs up to the baseline levels but people still have the low e2 symptoms. Mine is different in the sense that e2 has climbed up at all.

The thyroid numbers shifting along with it are probably just your metabolism reacting to the hormonal chaos, but definitely keep an eye on how you feel over the next week.
