Strating hcg after being on trt 2 years

Hcg. I have been on testosterone cream for 2 years. I didn't use hcg because done having kids. However my testicles have shrunk so much and almost non-existent. I am thinking of going on hcg I hopes of testicals growing again after two years is this irreversible of will hcg help?

Also does hcg help lean muscle mass?

HCG should be standard part of TRT imo.

@Nelson Vergel did not use HCG for 20; years. Lost his libido and testicle size. He now uses my 500 IU twice a week. He regained his libido + testicle size.

In the majority of cases, it is reversible. I was on TRT for eight years and came off and my testicles reached normal size within two weeks.

HCG should be standard part of TRT imo.

A lot of men can’t even tolerate hCG, treatment should be individualized and not cookie cutter.
