TRT High blood pressure?

AI produces a lot of contradictory and confusing responses to iron-related topics

I ran this thread through every major AI and I'm not seeing anything confusing or contradictory in the responses. Here's the prompt and the answers:

Please review the following thread where iron status and iron overload is discussed: ExcelMale - #1 TRT & Testosterone Forum | Expert-Moderated Men's Health Community

I've always been under the impression that ferritin is an accurate marker for iron status except in cases where inflammation falsely elevates it, and that in genetically normal individuals, iron deficiency is a more common and greater threat than iron overload. What is your assessment of the evidence, and the accuracy of the arguments in this thread?

1. Why would you "assume" that you personally, have excess iron built up in your organs? Is this an assumption based on the data, or on personal diagnostics? (or both?)
You've put your finger on a major issue here. Once you've decided to disregard established lab measurements of iron status, and you've adopted the belief that your organs are loaded with iron, that belief becomes untestable and unfalsifiable.

Checked my BP today. 148/95 I’m getting a lot of headaches lately. I’m currently on 20mg test cyp EOD. Haven’t checked HCT in 2 months. I suspect it’s what’s causing the elevated pressure. I won’t have medical insurance until July 1. Wondering if I should wait and then do labs then or just drop a pint tomorrow. Only issue with that is my ferritin was 45 last labs 2 months ago. That time was on 16mg test cyp. Doc raised me to 20mg Cyp EOD so I’m sure the ferritin will be low now with higher T. This is a vicious cycle.
I’ve been dealing with the same issues for around a year. Giving blood when my hematocrit jumped high only gave me temporary relief in about six weeks. My BP would go back up and my hematocrit would also rise again. I did get diagnosed with sleep apnea and started a CPAP about five weeks ago. My BP has been yo-yoing up and down with some days being really good, and other days it being around 140/88 in the afternoon. I gave board twice in the last year, and I don’t want to give again for the reasons you’re stating I will also tell you that I’ve been on 40 mg of Temisartin for about 10 months, and it doesn’t really help me a ton.
