Worth it to try TRT? (31 M) digestion issues

Let me start this off by saying I was on antidepressants for anxiety from 16-24 and dabbled with pro hormones snd SARMs from 19-24. All these issues sorta began after stopping everything around 24-25 and slowly have been getting worse.

Ive been lifting for 13 years, and eating extremely clean the past 3 years mainly due to an increase in digestion issue, food sensitivity, slow gut motility. I can’t lift as intensely as I used to, I’ve tested for high cortisol, low vitamin d (supplementing for this) and SIBO. Wondering if TRT might help my slow gut motility and digestion issues? Doctors are at a loss, I’ve gone through significant testing, CT scan, liver tests, and even had my gallbladder removed which only solved some of the digestive issues.

Going through antibiotic treatments for SIBO, but I’m still very sensitive to acidic things and fats. Taking ox bile and iberogast for fat digestion and motility, but doesn’t seem to help all that much.

Thyroid seems ok. TSH around 2.2-2.5 free t3 and free t4 is fine. Estradiol is normal.

My current non digestive symptoms: low libido (haven’t had a girlfriend since stopping antidepressants/oral steroids), lack of morning wood, lack of interest in things, anxiety/panic which is impacting my work, and random bouts of insomnia. Anxiety while talking in work meetings/voicing my opinion.

What I’ve tried:

Kisspeptin-10 - noticed a huge difference for 4-5 days anxiety was gone, digestion was faster, but estrogen symptoms/lethargy started around day 7 and got worse until I stopped.

T3 - obliterated anxiety but after a week or so I started feeling like I was getting low thyroid symptoms cold hands, extremely lethargic and tired.

Zinc - helps, but really starts to irritate my gut

Enclomiphene - worked great, but again had major gut issues due to the solution it was in.

Adding high fat - I do notice a difference but takes a toll on how much I can eat during the day due to slow gut motility.

Would trialing TRT be worth my time with the below blood tests? Anyone else have issues with possibly low T or coming off of T and experiencing foods sensitivities?

Bloodwork:
Also my dhea-s was 171 mcg/dl

I have similar stomach issues developed while on TRT so to answer your question, TRT has not helped me at all in that respect.
Have you tried peptide BPC-157? It is supposed to be helpful for these types of stomach issues. I am giving it shot next week.

I did, BPC-157 did help but I started feeling a lot more anhedonic on it so I stopped it.

Very unlikely. If anything, higher levels of sex hormones worsen digestion, and slow motility further (estrogen and progesterone are perhaps worse than testosterone and DHT in this regard).
I’m currently on week 2 of 100mg t a week and 600iu of HCG. So far my digestion seems to gotten slightly better and I can eat more without feeling full for multiple hours. I just kinda feel like shit and am sleeping poorly along with random bouts of anxiety/panic attacks. Going to try to stick it out though as my hormones normalize. Also noticed the lump that’s been behind my nipple for many years shrinking. Also my stools are the best they been in years. Maybe placebo?

Will report back in a month

Would never recommend starting with hCG, that's asking for trouble.

Curious as to why? Seems to be ok for me other than vivid dreams. I did just start it this week though. I’ve only done 2 injections.
It's difficult enough to dial in TRT alone, you don't want to multiply that difficulty with another compound which is also difficult to dial in, and which a sizeable fraction of men simply will not tolerate. The right way to do this: begin with TRT alone, become well adapted to it over a period of months, become very familiar with its effects, and only then experiment with hCG if one is so inclined.

Makes sense. I appreciate the insight. I will see how the next couple weeks go and modify from there.
