Anastrozole worriment urgent.

What do you think of l theanine for this situation
More of an anxiolytic than a sleep aid, some people get rebound anxiety when they stop. Much milder and safer than the xxxquil, not as safe as magnesium.

I'm sensing that you really want to "do things" here besides just wait it out.

No I will be waiting it out for certain. And not introducing any other issues.

Would you say 6-8 weeks before consulting a neurologist ? I been looking into one of the core ingredients —DAA —- it does affect NMDA receptors the combo even after 8 hours apart could have had impact

Probably just the estrogen crash. There's certainly a bunch of garbage that you don't want in that EVL product, but because anastrozole alone is known to cause the effects you're experiencing, I don't think you need to look further.

Three steps to a better future:

1) dispose of anastrozole
2) dispose of EVL test
3) secure a personally controlled supply of testosterone that you administer yourself, at a dose that does not produce bothersome side effects
Just an update By the grace of almighty God I made a recovery from this for the most part. Should be 100% very soon. Will never touch an AI again

Oddly enough I had broccoli on three separate occasions and noticed progression each time
Intresting. Not totally surprising though. As, broccoli (like DIM) works to balance hormones.

Probably the time factor, (waiting) is the biggest factor.

My question is; moving fwd, what are you going to do about E2 management? -assuming there was ever an issue (out of balance E2) on your part to begin with

Retest and not touch the AIs the broccoli thing is interesting I’m hoping it doesn’t revert as it’s had some incredible effects

Keep this thread updated, I'd love to hear your experiences.

Fresh uncooked broccoli sprouts are supposed to be many times more effective than reg. I've never tried them. I think your post serves as another reminder for me to Start eating some sprouts!! -couldn't hurt!! Lol!

I still have the wake up issue the broccoli I had that produced progressive results even at week two of this was a chinese food takeout chicken and broccoli bowl the odd thing the effects (before it wore off obviously) included a large boost in libido and erectile function. which leads me to the conclusion that this E2 crash depleted the body of all Nictric oxide function to the point to where it hyper reacts with broccolis minimal input.

Last friday had the same experience.

Another goofy thing. Week two also produced an odd cognitive positive effect with peach juice which supposedly has phytoestrogens. My receptors seem to be super sensitive to food input.

Lol!! Those are some pretty wild rides!

Chinese take out always makes me immediately think of MSG. Which I'm neither suggesting was in it or effected anything. But, MSG has been shown to lower T. Which (grasping @ stars here) "could have" had a small balancing effect "IF" your T was somehow too high for your E2! IDK... But, glad you're moving fwd.

I've never had even the 1st bout of ED. But, the ONLY things that have EVER jump started my little man, is Gabapentin at night or Anastrozole .25-.5mg when I was getting a little high on my E2. Either one has on many occasions given me immediate night and morning wood, at times when I had Not been having any night/morning wood for a week or two or three. They both have had similar effects.

I'm not in my 20's anymore!! So, these events we take for granted as young men are Not on auto-pilot anymore! Night/morn wood happens now when the stars align and the hormones are balanced. I don't care what anyone else says, it may not written in a peer reviewed study, or sounds too anecdotally for others, I don't care, Night/morn wood IS one of the few absolute methods for concluding my levels are spot on. ...or the lack may signal the beginning of getting outta whack
