Where to source these orals cost effectively? My insurance has already denied me twice for oral Jatenzo and Kyzatrex!

Even without insurance you can still get any one of the newer oral TU formulations (Jatenzo, Tlando or Kyzatrex) for a descent price.

Marius Pharmaceuticals Kyzatrex was marketed as cash pay only from the get go.

* From a practical and access perspective, Kyzatrex has unique considerations. Logistically, Kyzatrex is the simplest to obtain for patients compared to the other oral formulation as there is no insurance coverage and it is a self-pay only oral testosterone formulation. The cost is ~USD 150 which is not unreasonable. It is also beneficial for providers and practices as there is no prior authorization required.

Eventually Tolmar Pharmaceutiucals (Jatenzo) and Verity Pharmaceutiucals (Tlando) had no other choice and offered the cash option for patients who are uninsured in order to remain competitive.

I meet with doctor again on November 26th i'll ask about the oral TU then. I doubt my insurance will cover it as they gave me a fit over just getting injections covered.
