Urgent question about Trimix

Did my first shot of trimix, nothing, second shot the same. 5 Units, then 7 Units, now third time 10 units and I finally felt something. By units I mean UI's.

I never got that super rock hard erection but it was pretty good. However, after cumming I'm now on hour 3.5 with a semi, VERY slowly going down. Like I can spin it fully clockwise, no pain whatsoever. When I stand up it's stronger than sitting down.

I'm starting to get a bit scared. If I hit the 4h mark should I do something? It's a semi, to the point I can literally even bend it like a metal spoon, but it's not zero.

What should I do?

Nothing -- the semi-erect state you're describing is not dangerous. The very slow wearing off is totally normal for an effective dose of tri-mix. If it bothers you and you want something that doesn't last as ridiculously long, try bi-mix instead.

When you still have a hard erection after 4 hours, that's when you want to do something about it.

It gradually went down until about hour 6.5.

Very weird though, not sure how to feel about it. Like, I wasn't able to leave my house for 6.5h because of course I had a semi that was noticeable with pants on. It's a bit limiting in what you can do after using.

Tried walking etc. and nothing made it better.

Starting dose should be around 0.12 cc's depending on the concentration of Trimix. Did you get it premixed from the compounding pharmacy?
